If you or a family member are interested in receiving a free mammogram exam, please register for an appointment with Alinea by visiting the following link: www.alineamed.com/loara-hs or call: 909-622-3166
For women over 40 without symptoms, mammography is typically covered. For those under 40, you must have a doctor’s order. If you are under 30 the doctor’s order must specify why you are high risk (such as strong family history, BCRA mutation, etc.) If you have insurance, please bring proof of insurance to the event and present it when you go for your screening. If you do not have insurance, you may still receive a free screening courtesy of the California Department of Health Care Services’ Cancer Detection Program for any and all women who are 40 years or older, have low household income, and no insurance.
